    The unit was large and airy.

    The property was enchanting and incredibly beautiful with really very nice staff especially reception desk and concierge. Central location close to the center of Mumbai, the 55 East restaurant and a shopping area, it was in a downtown area. Western Suburbs district was worth staying in...

    Supposedly 5 star conveniently located near the airport domestic terminal.

    For a 5 star hotel the staff was not very helpful during the check-in. We arrived at midnight from our overseas flight wit 2 sleepy children. Our Booked.net reservation was not in their system and it took them more than 30 min to put us in a room. The room itself is in need of renovation. Wall to wall carpets are filthy and bathroom shower drain drips for the longest time. Very annoying while trying to sleep! Very disappointed with Hyatt as we are used to a much higher standard of cleanliness, detail and service, specially in a 5 star hotel. Will never go back to Grand Hyatt Mumbai!

    Wonderful family-friendly hotel with excellent value, we had an absolutely amazing stay. The place had a quiet atmosphere. Very quick check in after 11 pm and good service. Everything was simply perfect.

    The hotel is just a few steps away from city park, giving me a perfect spot for leisurely strolls. The nearby bhimnath temple is a nice cultural landmark that I loved visiting .
